  • Assist in the day-to-day accounting operations of the company including bookkeeping and maintenance of the General Ledger
  • Manage the company’s accounts payable operations
  • Payroll entry and submission through third party payroll processing vendor
  • Perform monthly balance sheet and income statement reconciliations, roll forwards, and other month-end close procedures
  • Assist in the preparation of consolidated internal/external financial statements
  • Review employee expense reports in accordance with company policies
  • Manage and administer the company’s credit card program
  • Maintain listing of fixed assets (track additions/disposals and update depreciation schedules)
  • Assist with tax and other regulatory compliance requirements
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluating vendor performance
  • Perform various cost and budget analysis
  • Additional accounting and financial reporting tasks as needed

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for motivated, experienced Accountants with:

  • An analytical problem-solving orientation, and a flexible, positive attitude
  • High level of organization, reliability, and independence
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • CPA preferred, but not required
  • 1-2 years of managed care or other healthcare experience recommended
  • US work authorization
