Title: IT Intern, Change Readiness
Location: Chicago/Downers Grove
Role Description:
As part of the Oak Street Health Technology team, you will partner with members of the IT Business Management team and other departments across technology, providing internal communications and project management support. You'll use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to inform Oakies about significant technology initiatives, support the business' change management efforts, and reinforce the culture.
Core Responsibilities:
Support communication efforts that enable the design, development, delivery and management of key technology deliverables.
Support other communications projects as assigned, including measurement, reporting, events and limited administrative duties.
Work with business unit teams for internal communication campaigns.
Support key virtual and in-person events such as town halls and culture building activities.
Other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?
Must be currently enrolled full-time in technology-related degree program
Individual should be a rising junior (at minimum) when internship begins
Working knowledge of Google Suite products
Project management skills
Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively with people at all levels
US work authorization
