Role Description:

Oak Street Health continues to grow and expand into new markets throughout the continental United States in a very fast-paced manner.  This fast paced growth is supported by dedicated teams that are responsible for all aspects of delivering a new fully functional center that spans sourcing new sites through supporting our first patient visit.

The Oak Street Health IT department is creating a dedicated position of Senior Manager, IT Expansion that will be dedicated to the function of ensuring all new centers are built and delivered on time and in a fully operational manner as it relates to the technical services and infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end scope of building new standard operating procedures  – from working with the new site planning team through coordination of supporting the final turn-up procedures that are needed to open a new center.

You will be responsible to manage and run all IT related project plans from sourcing services, scheduling walk-throughs and ensure all technical aspects of opening a new center are in place.

What You’ll need

  • Project Management. 5+ years experience in managing complicated multi-team projects.

  • Process Management.5+ years experience in managing process controls across multiple teams.

  • Ability to be on the road 50% of the time in support of reviewing and managing new center development projects.

  • Support and Grow Telephony infrastructure and call centers.

  • An orientation towards building scalable processes that can expand as the business growth needs change.

  • Ability to manage and purchase inventory for growth and company sustainability.

  • Customer obsession. The ability to take on complex project challenges and work across multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Technical savviness. Ability to work with technical resources and understand how solutions interact into fully functioning systems.

  • A “Driver” mindset. You are biased toward action, a great collaborator, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.

  • Grittiness. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on.

  • A high bar across the board — from your own contributions, to the people you work with, to the products you work on.
