Title: Operations Partner (Expansion)

Role Description

The Expansion Operations Partner is a key contributor to the Clinical Operations team and drives best practices across new centers. S/he champions the organization's mission to rebuild primary care by supporting the implementation and enrichment of standardized processes through multiple facets of collaboration with central and local leaders.  This role exists to own new center set-ups and initial service team training, with the goals of ensuring new center facilities are ready for team members and patients, and service team members are prepared to deliver on our care model and experience to patients. 


Core Responsibilities

Training and Standardization

  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource of our Care Model including key clinical and service team member contributions, workflows, and organizational objectives 

  • Contribute to our operations playbook to promote consistent processes and operations across our centers

  • Support the maintenance, development, and distribution of standard operations procedures

  • Promote process adherence by offering training, and workflow guidance on existing and new standard operating procedures

  • Serve as a service and clinical team cohort advocate in the development and refinement of care team tools

New Center Opening

  • Travel to new centers to support center opening through central preparatory efforts such as vendor account setups and delivery coordination

  • Serve as the on-the-ground liaison to the central Clinical Operations Project Management team by interpreting standard new center activation processes and troubleshoots issues as they arise.

  • Champion and manage facility set-up for both clinical and service operations

  • Champion and manage the completion of the center readiness checklist and works to connect the dots on pending items to ensure a successful handoff to the Practice Manager

  • Serve as a service team leader for the new center, in-clinic training, and as an advocate for continued learning    

  • Train service team members on post-opening new center training

  • Other duties as assigned

This role works closely with both the expansion and central Clinical Trainers and reports to the Sr. Manager of Clinical Operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, 2-3 years of relevant work experience within a related field. 

  • Strong collaboration, team building, and problem-solving skills  

  • Proven project management skills, with an ability to organize and prioritize multiple complex projects

  • Solid individual and group training, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to strive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication 

  • Proven conflict resolution skills and ability to troubleshoot alongside colleagues 

  • Ability to travel 75% of the time

  • US work authorization
