Title: Associate II, IT Inventory Management

Role Description:
As an IT Inventory Management Associate you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of both hardware and software assets, utilizing ServiceNow to maintain accurate records, optimize software usage, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
Core Responsibilities:
Utilize ServiceNow to maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of hardware and software assets
Develop and implement ITAM policies and procedures to streamline processes and maintain compliance
Generate reports and metrics to present hardware asset status, compliance, and cost-saving opportunities to stakeholders
Conduct regular audits to reconcile hardware, identify discrepancies, and mitigate risks
Establish and maintain policies and procedures for the IT Asset Management Program.
Manage asset disposal procedures including documentation and tracking of asset removal process with third-party vendors and internal resources, etc.
Design and/or develop and generate reports to communicate and monitor compliance, liability, and budgetary data for software and hardware assets.
Oversee the asset management process

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute
Must have at least 3 years of analyst work in a large IT or finance organization
Must have at least 2 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, inventory mgmt. or related fields.
Experience in analyzing data and generating reports to drive decision-making
IAITAM Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP) or Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) certification required
ITIL Foundations or higher-level certification
Certifications in ServiceNow or HAM-related fields such as Certified Hardware Asset Manager a plus
US work authorization
