Title: Associate, Provider Engagement - Provider Clinical Excellence 

Location: The role is predominantly remote so can live anywhere in the United States. The position will require periodic travel, mainly to headquarters in Chicago, IL.

 Role Description

The Associate, Provider Engagement - Provider Enhancement supports the ongoing innovation and management of Oak Street Health's Clinical Excellence program, designed to support, educate, and develop our provider group. This role ensures the success and  adoption of several programs including an all-provider education series, clinical coaching program, and remediation track in order to assist in clinical development and success of  providers across their lifecycle at Oak Street. The associate will help support key aspects including scheduling, communication, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This role will report to the Manager of Provider Engagement.  

 Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as coordinator for Oak Street Health's Clinical Excellence programs (e.g., provider coaching and education series)

    • Help launch an improved coaching and remediation program including developing the program plan and systems to track program progress

    • Assist in planning, leading, and taking minutes at regular team meetings

    • Schedule sessions for program participants, and coordinating calendars for program staff 

    • Field referrals, triage requests, track capacity of staff, and help onboard new providers into the program

  • Manage communication with and liaise between various key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of programming 

    • Work with internal communications team to send out informational emails and updates to the provider group 

    • Prepare communications for medical directors in the field and central teams

  • Coordinate with faculty, attendees, and presenters of monthly educational series for entire provider group

    • Identify, schedule, and coordinate with national experts for monthly sessions

    • Own webinar scheduling, track attendance, and analyze feedback for each session 

  • Execute OSH's clinical excellence and provider development strategic plan and track key metrics 

    • Compile evaluation data to create summary dashboards for all program elements

    • Maintain all program data, track participant progress, and disseminate findings to medical leadership 

  • Other duties as assigned.

 What we're looking for

  • B.S./B.A. degree required 

  • 2+ years of project management or healthcare administration

  • Highly organized individual who can keep multiple tasks moving forward, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Exceptional skills in verbal and written communication skills and database management, able to prepare written and verbal reports

  • Comfort presenting to and communicating with senior medical leaders as well as front-line physicians and advanced practice providers 

  • Highly collaborative, able to coordinate with and across multiple centers and navigate a matrixed organizational structure

  • Goal-setting and long-range planning: must be able to work with the program team to organize and coordinate systems in order to achieve objectives

  • Appreciates a challenge and brings a solution-oriented approach to problems

  • Proficiency with standard commercial Office Suite, especially Google WorkSpace

  • Ability to function in an entrepreneurial environment and manage in the midst of ambiguity

  • Experience coordinating clinical operations and/or project management

  • US work authorization
