 Role Description: Oak Street Health is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Associate to support our Digital team with a focus on optimizing our marketing effectiveness across digital channels. This role will report to the Manager, Digital Marketing and be responsible for supporting a variety of marketing initiatives, including supporting paid media channels and optimizations, developing content for landing pages, and performance reporting.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, with a "growth mindset" who is hungry to learn. This role will focus on marketing and lead funnel performance across digital channels to support new patient growth and acquisition. The role will also be responsible for helping optimize our digital marketing investments through channel and A/B testing, content/creative development and more.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support Oak Street Health's paid media programs (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Media, Affiliates), including reporting and optimizations in partnership with our external agency/consultant groups.

  • Work with Manager, Digital Marketing on monitoring and improving channel performance to ensure we're meeting KPIs, and understand business objectives and goals, as part of the strategy development process.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on creative testing and landing page testing, to maximize channel effectiveness and improve performance.

  • Partners with the internal creative team to develop new digital assets that optimize new patient acquisition and conversion, including providing feedback and managing deadlines.

  • Demonstrates a passion for digital marketing by proactively finding and building recommendations on new ways to improve performance.

  • New channel exploration, onboarding and management.

  • Reporting duties for both paid channel performance as well as internal reporting on key metrics. 

  • Other duties as assigned

What are we looking for?

We're looking for motivated, experienced Digital Marketing professional who:

  • 2-3 years of digital advertising experience, preferably in the B2C services space (experience and success with lead generation and marketing within the healthcare industry a plus)

  • Experience working with data to formulate insights that lead to actionable items to improve business performance

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute on multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working with budgets and numbers

  • Familiarity with Excel including running reports, and data analysis. Familiarity with other microsoft office programs (word, powerpoint, etc.)

  • Strong grounding in digital/technology marketing approaches

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to work cross functionally with multiple team members and departments

  • Familiarity with CRMs tools, lead generation management

  • Prior experience working with external media agencies a plus

  • Prior experience with building and testing landing pages a plus

  • US work authorization
