Role Description:
The Sr. Associate will play a critical role owning the day-to-day strategy and operations with one of Oak Street Healths largest and most strategic B2B partners (AARP). This role will need to leverage project management skills, problem solving, relationship building, and strategic / creative thinking skills to drive collaboration and progress with AARP, the AARP Foundation, and AARP Services Inc.
This position will partner internally and externally to design and execute strategies (nationally and locally) to drive impact. There is tremendous opportunity for further role/ career progression, as well, beyond this articulated scope, pending performance and interest. This position will report to the SVP Growth Strategy & Performance, and collaborate closely with the VP of Growth Partnerships and other members of the Growth team. 
Core Responsibilities: 
  • Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships with AARP partners including weekly team check-ins to drive program design & execution, progress updates
  • Coordinate and execute emerging community programming strategy across Oak Street Health centers/ local teams and AARP
  • Own materials creation for all OSH-AARP monthly and quarterly meetings 
  • Measure impact of OSH-AARP collaboration and workstreams and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Own monthly reporting requirements, working across OSH businesses to collect and summarize insights
  • Help identify new relationship opportunities and areas of operational improvements across AARP Businesses (e.g., AARP Foundation) and their affiliates
  • Other duties as assigned 
What are we looking for? 
We’re looking for a motivated professional with:
  • 3+ years at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, or other comparable experience (undergraduates and graduate students will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on experience) 
  • Very strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to be highly organized 
  • Demonstrated attention to detail 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence decision-making at many levels of leadership 
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious 
  • Polished and engaging communicator ready to interface with cross-functional internal and external organizational leaders and teams
  • Interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and or value-based care 
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint; experience with Alteryx, SQL or other programming languages a plus, but not required 
  • Effective and flexible team player with demonstrated success in a fast-paced “start-up” environment 
  • US work authorization
