The Opportunity

If so, join our Revenue Enablement team as the Onboarding Program Manager/Lead Facilitator, where your efforts will drive our Nutanix Global New Hire Revenue Onboarding Program to success. You will have the opportunity to work with global teams, interact cross-functionally, and contribute to a critical program that impacts the success of Nutanix Sales New Hires.
 
Revenue Enablement at Nutanix 
The Revenue Enablement team is a collaborative and cross-functional group that works closely with Sales Leadership and strategic Sales Support functions. This team is responsible for creating a globally consistent curriculum and enablement programs to support and drive the development of Nutanix Sales teams world-wide.  The team works together to identify areas of improvement, deliver relevant content, and track key metrics of success.  This role would be part of Revenue Enablement's Onboarding team, serving all new Nutanix Sales Professionals.
 
Your Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage the planning and execution of approximately 8 live New Hire Onboarding events at Nutanix Headquarters in San Jose, CA.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person (San Jose, CA) onboarding sessions, workshops, and webinars to cover essential skills, product knowledge, and company processes. 
  • Manage NHRO event communication with New Hire cohorts.
  • Manage the creation, editing, and dissemination of all New Hire event materials. 
  • Manage the scheduling of New Hire event presenters and facilitators.
  • Coach and mentor sales new hires, providing guidance and support to new employees during their initial onboarding and ramp-up period, coaching them on sales strategies and process adherence. 
  • Develop enablement content such as coaching guides, skills workshops, and e-learning modules to support new hires, under the direction of the Head of Program. 
  • Manage onboarding logistics, such as scheduling e-learning sessions and coaching sessions, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Collect feedback on training effectiveness through surveys and performance metrics, and use this information to continuously improve onboarding initiatives.
  • Partner and collaborate with the wider enablement team who manage different functional workstreams including field, presales, channel, inside sales, subscription account managers to ensure an aligned and consistent approach.
 
What You Will Bring 
  • 5-8 years experience as a Revenue Enablement professional, with strong skills in facilitation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and program management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports synthesizing that data.
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage unexpected situations.
  • Certifications in Sales Methodology (Challenger, Sandler, Solution Selling, etc.), Sales Process (MEDDPICC or MEDDIC), Customer Messaging (Command of the Message, Power Messaging, etc.), and Effective Communication (Baker, Dale Carnegie, Decker,  etc.) preferred.
  • Understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions (land, adopt, expand, renew).
  • Experience creating onboarding and enablement for subscription-based models and recurring revenue strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital learning tools and microlearning best practices.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
 However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 116,800 and USD $234,000 per year. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
