Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Global Campaign Operations team. This role will serve as a core technical owner of Marketo and campaign-related martech, partnering closely with marketing, analytics, sales operations, and offshore execution teams to scale campaign execution, improve data quality, and drive operational efficiency.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who can support the design, build, and optimization of campaign workflows, integrations, and automation in partnership with senior team members. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing assigned systems and processes with limited guidance, and is interested in growing into increased responsibility and leadership over time.
About the Team
The Marketing Operations - Campaign Operations team, led by our Senior Manager of Marketing Operations, is dedicated to leveraging Marketo and other marketing technology tools to support and enhance our global marketing initiatives. He brings nearly a decade of experience in Marketing Operations and is a certified Marketo expert. The team works closely with various marketing teams to launch campaigns, improve processes, and ensure data integrity. We are part of a larger Marketing Operations organization, headed by the Director of Marketing Operations, that supports global initiatives spanning across multiple teams, offering opportunities for collaboration and professional growth.
Your Role
- Campaign Execution: Support the end-to-end campaign execution process as the technical escalation point for complex requests and provide guidance on advanced Marketo functionality and campaign architecture while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and data integrity across campaigns.
- Data Management: Oversee data hygiene and governance practices within Marketo, including audience segmentation, inactive record strategy, and database maintenance. Additionally, implement and support advanced audience strategies leveraging intent data (6sense) and behavioral signals.
- Reporting and Analytics: Partner with Analytics teams to enable scalable reporting and insights for marketing stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine marketing automation processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Integration Management: Manage integrations between Marketo and our Mar-tech stack, (e.g. personalization, scoring) to ensure seamless data flow and alignment across platforms.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of Marketing Operations experience, with deep hands-on expertise in Marketo
- Proven experience owning campaign execution, automation, and segmentation in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Campaigns and Marketo–Salesforce integrations.
- Experience working with or supporting martech integrations
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and own technical solutions end-to-end
- Strong communication skills and comfort partnering cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and sales ops
- Marketo certification strongly preferred
- Experience with HTML/CSS or AI is a plus
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 90,400 and USD $ 180,000 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
