ServiceNow Solutions Administrator
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver ServiceNow HRSD solutions to meet business needs
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for new functionality delivered through projects and initiatives
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients in optimizing their business processes using the ServiceNow HRSD platform
- Support ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Employee Center Pro, Manager Hub, Performance/Platform Analytics and Reporting, integrations, etc.
- Work closely with the IT ServiceNow Architect, to identify ways to reduce implementation efforts and increase productivity
- Build trusting relationships with project stakeholders and guide them to adoption of the best solutions
- Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions
- Manage enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system maintenance, testing, etc.
- Remain current with industry trends and product innovations to advise, advocate, and implement solutions
- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Employee Center Pro and Manager Hub
- 5+ years of varied experience in the HR domain (HR Operations or Services, HRIT, HRBP/HRG, etc.)
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
- Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively at multiple demands
- Excellent detailed and time management skills
- Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
- Strong project management skills
- Knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Performance/Platform Analytics and Reporting, and supporting ServiceNow development and integrations
- Experience in business process consulting and process improvement projects
