The hybrid cloud team at Nutanix is a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to driving the success of our cloud infrastructure solutions. Working across multiple geographic areas including Seattle, Boston, London, Australia, and San Jose, the team thrives in a fast‑paced global environment, working collaboratively to craft compelling product narratives and go‑to‑market strategies that resonate with enterprise customers. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Product Marketing, who values a supportive and hands‑on leadership style that encourages team members to take initiative and contribute their unique perspectives. The role will follow a remote work setup, although for those based in San Jose, you will be expected to go into the office three days a week, allowing for flexibility while also enabling meaningful in‑person collaboration.

This position may require some travel two to three times per year, enabling you to focus on driving product marketing initiatives from within your specified location.
 
Your Role
 
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement a go‑to‑market strategy to drive awareness, demand, and pipeline growth across various channels.

Craft and deliver differentiated messaging and value propositions for cloud solutions targeting enterprise IT and business decision makers.

Lead product launches and key announcements, collaborating closely with product management, sales, alliances, and marketing teams.

Create and manage sales enablement tools, such as 1‑page cheat sheets and pitch decks, and present in sales enablement trainings. [Product Ma...e_edits.r2 | Word]
Partner with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to develop joint collateral and amplify marketing efforts.

Oversee content development across the buyer's journey, producing compelling solution briefs, webpages, blogs, and presentations.

Capture internal customer win stories and assist with external references, enhancing brand credibility and market presence.

Lead the cloud social media content strategy and calendar by collaborating with others and evangelizing internally.

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and activities to track performance and make informed decisions.


What You Will Bring
 
6+ years of experience in product marketing or go‑to‑market strategy working with enterprise software.
2+ years of experience working in the business‑to‑business cloud sector – private, hybrid, or public.
2+ years of experience working directly with partners, preferably cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure and cloud management solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
Proven ability to craft compelling messaging and value propositions for technical audiences.
Proven experience leading product launches and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, with experience in public speaking and presenting in webinars or enablement sessions.
Self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a dynamic environment.


Work Arrangement

Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in‑office requirement; however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.

Compensation

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $140,800 and USD $215,000 per year.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign‑on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards. Nutanix also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.

If hired, employee will be in an “at‑will” position, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary and other discretionary payment programs at any time based on performance or market factors.
