Our Senior Talent Advisors at Nutanix must have a proven background in hunting for and securing top talent within our industry. Knowledge of hybrid cloud and SaaS is ideal, but not required.  
The Talent Advisor will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders across our organization in the US with a primary support focus on Tech & Product.  This role requires a seasoned talent acquisition professional who will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting from sourcing candidates to selling Nutanix as a top employer to closing of offers.  
Responsibilities:
  • Work with hiring managers to consult on hiring plans to meet staffing needs
  • Identify potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline
  • Call, screen and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering their career with Nutanix and it has to offer the Industry's top talent
  • Lead recruiting initiatives from the beginning to the end of the hiring cycle including successfully pre and post closing candidates on opportunities with Nutanix
  • Report on recruitment metrics from Jobvite and Excel based reports
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of related work experience in a search firm or in-house recruiting/sourcing, including significant experience in internet sourcing and cold calling
  • Strong leadership skills including communication, delivery of results, consultative skills, partnership skills and team building.
  • Must have strong computer skills and experience with Google, Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Results oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation and flexibility

Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ $114,000 and 229,000 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.


If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
