Your Role
· Lead operational excellence for our Global OEM business, maximizing sales and business development teams productivity and supporting growth.
· Develop and manage OEM quotas, collaborating with compensation and global teams to ensure fair and consistent execution.
· Advise on OEM partner integration, systems, and processes, becoming a trusted expert.
· Analyze data to drive business insights—quota achievement, coverage, retention, segmentation, and productivity.
· Build and track KPIs, dashboards, and reports tailored for OEM success.
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance partner and customer experience.
· Deliver actionable insights to OEM leadership.
· Support quarterly business reviews and planning for the OEM team.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams—finance, marketing, sales, and more—across Nutanix’s global network.
· Champion process automation and system enhancements for reliable, efficient workflows.
· Manage headcount
What You Will Bring
· 5–10 years of experience in strategy and/or operations roles.
· 2–3 years in OEM-related business (operational, sales, or technical).
· A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for operational excellence.
· Strong executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior leadership.
· Understanding of OEM partner models and operational best practices.
· Advanced analytical, reporting, and dashboard skills (SFDC expertise required; Dremio and Tableau are a plus).
· Ability to communicate clearly
· Detail-oriented, but able to see the big picture and tell a compelling story with data.
· Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint; able to create and present executive-level materials.
· Adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
· Collaborative spirit—ready to work with diverse teams and perspectives.
Work Arrangement
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
