The Opportunity
About the Team
Your Role
- Enhance the quality and accessibility of channel data to support better decision-making
- Lead automation initiatives and conduct user acceptance testing for efficient workflows
- Provide quota support for RTM operations, enabling accurate and effective quota deployment
- Manage rebate/contra forecasting models in partnership with Programs, Operations, and Finance
- Streamline data management processes across teams for consistency and clarity
- Drive improvements in Salesforce fields and flows to optimize data capture and reporting
- Enable the channels organization on reporting tools and data processes
- Identify and implement process enhancements and automation opportunities
- Support performance tracking and business plan targets
- Serve as a reporting consultant, delivering scalable dashboards and actionable insights
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of experience in data management, operations, analytics, or related fields
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and reporting/dashboard tools
- Proven ability to automate processes and improve data quality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across diverse teams
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to see the big picture
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, agile environments
- Experience with UAT, quota management, and reporting enablement is a plus
- Bonus: Experience with Aviso, Pigment, or other analytics platforms
- Availability to work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM CET.
