Sr. Manager – IT Program Management Office- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of project and program managers.
- Establish and enforce standardized PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance processes.
- Lead intake, prioritization, and capacity planning across a dynamic portfolio of initiatives.
- Drive execution consistency, accountability, and reporting discipline across the enterprise.
- Champion value-based decision making and business outcome alignment.
- Own the successful execution of the enterprise AI program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, ethical governance, and operational adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to intake, evaluate, and deliver high-value AI use cases.
- Coordinate execution across AI platforms, tooling, data readiness, risk/legal, and change enablement functions.
- Define and track program-level KPIs, including ROI, automation efficiency, and adoption rates.
- Deliver clear, data-driven program dashboards and executive reports on initiative health, risks, and milestones.
- Partner with the leadership team during strategic and operational planning cycles (annual and quarterly).
- Support enterprise-wide transformation, innovation, and operational efficiency through effective program governance and delivery.
- 12+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing technical and program management teams.
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, or model lifecycle management.
- Background in enterprise IT, cloud services, data centers, infrastructure or digital product delivery.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale programs (ideally including AI, digital transformation, or IT modernization).
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
