About the Team
At Nutanix Service Provider, we are building the next generation Service Provider platform to help managed service providers offer seamless multitenancy, ensuring that tenants have isolated environments, control over virtual networks, and the ability to scale workloads dynamically.
SPs should be able to offer simpler pricing models and a streamlined infrastructure that minimizes complexity and operational overhead to their tenants. The SP platform would ensure compliance with local data residency requirements and offering secure, GDPR-compliant solutions is critical for service providers in regulated markets.
Ultimately, the SP platform would be able to provide advanced offerings like Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) to meet their customer needs.
Your Role
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product, both from a customer's perspective and its underlying technical principles and architecture
  • Work with geographically diverse cross functional teams to define and implement the overall product's testing strategy and processes
  • Manage the qualification of all our product releases
  • Be the voice of quality at the company and champion an atmosphere of continuous improvement with a metrics driven culture
  • Be a strong advocate for Quality best practices and help the company incorporate them with rigor
What You Will Bring
  • A BE or MS in Computer Science or related stream is required.
  • Minimum of 5 -15 years of relevant industry experience in QA
  • Proven experience in distributed system
  • Experience in designing complex Test Plans and Automation Plans.
  • Experience in qualifying distributed systems at scale and measuring performance.
  • Experience in any Management plane such as vCenter would be a plus.
  • Good exposure to Automation development in Python.
  • Ability to debug complex issues and root cause failures.
  • Experience with Core Storage, Virtualisation, File Systems, Block/Object Storage, Disaster Recovery & Backup, IAM & Security is desired.
  • Good understanding of Linux Systems and virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, KVM.
  • Experience with QA Tools ( Selenium and/or similar technologies)
