Channel Sales Manager
- Engage with key partners to develop relationships and support their business growth.
- Lead by example in sales capabilities, driving initiatives to meet and exceed quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure effective communication.
- Track and report on sales results and partner performance metrics regularly.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for partnership engagement and business development.
- Provide coaching and guidance to partners on effective sales techniques and Nutanix offerings.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends to inform partner strategies.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and drive new customer acquisition efforts.
- 8+ years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 5 years in business development.
- Proven partner management experience, demonstrating strategic thinking and execution.
- Strong sales capabilities with direct sales or account management experience as a significant advantage.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Resilience in managing long sales cycles and complex deals, with problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy for partners and customers, understanding their business models and strategies.
- Positive attitude and high energy to motivate self and others in achieving results.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for tracking sales and partner performance.
