The Team and Role:

The B2B Product Specialist Overlay is responsible for driving category growth as a product specialist resource for Logitech’s B2B (Resell) channel and Direct Engagement (Enterprise Sales) teams in the Europe region.  In this role,  you will be responsible for engaging key reseller partners and end customers in order to develop growth opportunities, create customer insights and clearly communicate requirements into product development teams for future roadmaps.

  • Accelerate the B2B growth by upselling and cross selling to targeted Enterprise Customers via the Logitech “Resell” channel partners

  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations highlighting the key advantages, features, and unique value propositions of the B2B product category portfolio, solutions, and service offerings.

  • Engage with key partners and customers to both grow current revenue and create pathways to future growth through customer feedback into product roadmaps

  • Act as product expert for field sales teams

  • Engage and facilitate product trials, nurturing large opportunities, and follow-up with targeted Enterprise Customers on the behalf of Logitech B2B Channel Partners.

  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the category portfolio, industry trends, and competition

  • Provide and/or conduct Channel Enablement (Training), as necessary.

  • Working cooperatively and harmoniously with the existing Logitech B2B team (Channel and Enterprise) and infrastructure - learning from and leveraging resources where appropriate.  

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Strong, proven sales experience working with B2B channel partners

  • Results-driven and committed to creating new opportunities in a growing business

  • Strong sales and communications skills and be technically able to conduct product demonstrations and deliver effective presentations face-to-face and virtually.

  • Bring business and related industry knowledge with a proven ability to build relationships with Channel Partners and qualify and close deals with Enterprise Customers

  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in a joint effort to mutually drive business in a team concept

  • Location:  Munich/Offsite: Germany

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Willingness to travel for internal training, sales meetings, and Customer events (30%+)

  • Strong and extensive professional Social Networking presence

  • High Degree of persistence and follow through

  • Flexibility of scheduling, adjusting to changing business needs

Education:

  • BA/BS or equivalent industry experience

  • Formal Sales and/or Presentation skills training is heavily preferred
