Big things are happening at Logitech. Come play a critical role as we take our eTail business to the next level. We’re looking for an eTail Customer Marketing Manager - Logitech Asia Pacific & Latin America (APLAT) Region.
The Logitech APLAT Regional Team is looking for a strong Customer Marketing Manager for our eTail channel business, who is passionate about eCommerce and brings eMarketing, Commercial and Operational skills to positively impact the business. You will report to the Head of eTail Region.
Your core responsibility will be to collaborate with Global, Regional & Country/Cluster eTail and Category Teams to improve presence, market share and also sell-out on top eTail platforms, by driving key fundamentals (ePOS & traffic) as well as integrated online marketing campaigns. The role will be in charge of turning data, insights and category strategies into top eTail customers strategies & plans in cooperation with Regional Marketing and work with the Country/Cluster Etail Teams so that they may execute with excellence.

Drive and capture demand through data-driven Customer Marketing
Build in-depth knowledge of eTail Digital Media capabilities across key customers in region.
Regionalize eTail Academy trainings and drives upskilling of local Customer Marketing Managers.
Drive ePOS & eVisibility execution w. Etail Ops.
Design Customer Marketing plans to drive profitable growth:
Partner with top regional eTailers to get data, insights & understanding of their ecosystem and capability. Turn insights into actionable customer marketing plans to drive Logitech business profitably; including business fundamentals such as sales, content, competition, shopper, & traffic.
Ensure customer marketing plans are in line with Category strategy, Regional best practices and channel portfolio strategy, with optimized range by seller/customer. Externalize these plans with top customers and get their buy-in to implement.
Look continuously for opportunities to open up further business potential for top regional eTailers.
Execute with excellence:
Coordinate customer marketing execution across all stakeholders internally and externally.
Ensure key Etailers platform, marketing & media tools:
Maximize traffic to our products’ pages, thru Etail Media i.e Site placements, Search, SEO, Events, Brand store and leveraging Logitech Digital marketing too
Improve Conversion & Loyalty, thru best in class Content, Ratings & Reviews, CRM
Monitor KPI’s for successful implementation and corrective actions
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Minimum of a few years experience in eCommerce & Digital Marketing, gained from working at an eTailer and for a brand.
eRetail Media (eCommerce Advertising) & eMerchandising expertise (Online assets, SEO optimized copy, PaidSearch, Display, Navigation etc.).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking i.e excel in playing with KPIs like sales data, channel margin, rebate, market-share and is advanced in Excel.
Several years in Sales (forecasting, monitoring, reporting business metrics, selling consumer products).
Business & negotiation acumen.
