Personal Work Space (PWS) is the biggest division of Logitech, consisting of the tech devices and apps that help people be at their creative and productive best in their personal workspace. Our PWS business is a key pillar of Logitech’s future as a global brand known for great design and exceptional user experiences. 

You will be in the rapidly growing PWS C4C(China for China) team in China, and play a manager role in exploring hardware techno, driving C4C EE technical roadmap creation and implementation, and executing a new product pipeline for Chinese users. This will include engineering evaluation and assessment of new conceptions, execution on new products design and development. 

You will be responsible for building EE scalability through leverage JDM/ODM suppliers capabilities in China.

You will be in close partnership with our marketing, innovation, design, architects, extended engineering organization, program management, operation, and manufacturing to bring those products to market.  And you will be also responsible for C4C EE talents development, guide and coach the team members. 

You will be based in our Suzhou office.

  • Lead EE C4C team

  • Identify and evaluate new technologies, develop techno roadmap that could be used to improve products or processes

  • Understand the potential demand for new technologies in China

  • Collaborate with Chinese partners and suppliers to develop and commercialize new technologies

  • Explore the hardware technical and engineering evaluation and assessment of new conception

  • Work with Business Groups to gather requirements

  • Work with ODM/JDM for the products design and development

  • Apply system engineering skills and partner with a cross functional team, especially ESW(Embedded Software), connectivity and ME (Mechanical Engineering).

  • Engage with colleagues in a multi-site & multicultural environment (Switzerland, India, Taiwan)

  • Guide and coach team members

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Experience on EE design, implementation and team management

  • Project management skills

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken

Education

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
