We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a collaborative digital and marketing design team supporting leading brands and editorial platforms. In this role, you will manage cross-device digital projects, contribute to the creation of branded and co-branded assets, and help deliver compelling digital experiences across marketing, editorial, and product initiatives. This is a hands-on role requiring strong visual design, UX thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with development and product teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
Position Title: Senior UX/UI Designer
Location: Remote - LATAM
What you will be doing:
- Design and execute high-quality digital and print assets aligned with brand and product guidelines.
- Create UI/UX designs for web experiences, editorial packages, and marketing initiatives across multiple digital platforms.
- Develop branded and co-branded marketing materials including presentations, sales collateral, and promotional assets.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to design engaging digital experiences and ensure design feasibility.
- Support the creation of digital products and event-related websites that generate revenue and audience engagement.
- Design internal presentations, marketing pitch decks, and event collateral for stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain consistency across visual systems, ensuring strong typography, layout, and brand identity.
- Produce designs efficiently within tight timelines while maintaining high design quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or Interaction/Digital Design degree, or higher
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design, UI/UX, or digital design roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX workflows and high-quality visual design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience designing marketing assets, presentations, and editorial layouts.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout systems, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
