What you will be doing:
We are seeking an Engineer with python and Azure Databricks to design and build scalable data platforms and AI-enabled applications. This is not a traditional data engineering role, it emphasizes full-stack engineering, agentic AI systems, and cloud-native architectures. You will work across the entire delivery lifecycle, from architecture and development to deployment and optimization, enabling organizations to operationalize AI and modernize their data ecosystems.
Required Skills & Experience
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Azure Databricks
- Databricks solutions
- Cloud platform engineering
- 5+ years of Python for backend development.
- Intermediate knowledge of:
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- CI/CD pipelines (Git/GitHub)
- Security and identity management
- Experience building and deploying scalable cloud-native systems
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications with agents:
- Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, etc.)
- MCP / A2A communication patterns
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
Nice to Have:
- Experience with at least one frontend framework (React, Next.js, etc.)
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search)
- Knowledge of additional programming languages (.NET, Java, C++)
