Position: Senior ServiceNow Product Manager
What you will be doing:
We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking ServiceNow Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, translating complex platform capabilities into intuitive, high-impact products that drive digital transformation. The ideal candidate combines deep ServiceNow expertise with strong product management fundamentals and an AI-first mindset, leveraging modern tools to accelerate delivery, enhance quality, and continuously evolve platform capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3+ years focused on ServiceNow
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Owner in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience managing Jira backlogs end-to-end (story creation, grooming, sprint planning, dashboards)
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and App Engine
- Experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Flow Designer
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Request, Knowledge Management)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and facilitating ceremonies
- Proven ability to deliver complex ServiceNow implementations in large organizations
- Experience collaborating across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Actively leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Atlassian Intelligence, etc.) to accelerate product delivery
- Use AI to generate user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and executive communications
- Design effective prompts to produce high-quality, sprint-ready outputs with minimal rework
- Continuously explore and integrate new AI capabilities into team workflows
- Demonstrate measurable improvements in time-to-backlog and documentation efficiency through AI usage
