Position Title: Senior EPM Consultant
Location: Remote - LATAM
What you will be doing:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPBCS Consultant to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. This role is ideal for a hands-on consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and a strong background in delivering end-to-end planning transformations. As a trusted advisor and technical lead, you will guide clients through the full lifecycle of EPBCS implementations—from discovery and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support (hypercare). You will work closely with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact planning solutions across Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM, with strong focus on EPBCS
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end EPBCS implementations (minimum 3 projects)
- Deep expertise across EPBCS modules: Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects
- Strong proficiency in:
- Calculation Manager and business rule development
- Groovy scripting for advanced logic
- Oracle Data Management / Data Integration tools
- Experience with EPM Automate and REST APIs for automation
- Solid understanding of FP&A processes:
- Financial planning and forecasting
- Workforce and compensation planning
- Capital budgeting and project cost management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities
- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (Planning, Financials, or related)
- Experience with broader Oracle EPM suite (FCCS, Narrative Reporting, ARCS)
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle HCM Cloud integrations
- Experience in consulting environments (Big 4 or top-tier system integrators)
- Exposure to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) for reporting and visualization
- Experience working with distributed or offshore delivery teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies in EPM implementations

- Effective communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders
