Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to enhance platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. This role is critical in reducing incident resolution time, improving system observability, and proactively preventing service disruptions across our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering expertise with operational excellence, leveraging data-driven insights, observability tools, and automation to maintain high system availability and performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of SRE principles, incident management, and reliability engineering
- Experience with New Relic
- Familiarity with programming/scripting (e.g., JavaScript, .NET, SQL, C#)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure acceptable)
- Solid understanding of SaaS environments and distributed systems
- Experience with monitoring and observability patterns.
- Experience migrating monitoring platforms
- Adhere to security and compliance standards (e.g., NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
Nice to Have Skills
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience
- Experience with SQL Server troubleshooting
