Position Title: Senior EPM Consultant
Location: Remote - LATAM
What you will be doing:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle FCCS Consultant to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) with a strong background in delivering enterprise-scale financial consolidation solutions. As a key contributor and trusted advisor, you will lead and support the full lifecycle of FCCS implementations—from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support. You will work closely with finance and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-performing consolidation and close solutions aligned with global accounting standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM, with a focus on FCCS
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end FCCS implementations (minimum 3 projects in a lead or senior role)
- Strong expertise in financial consolidation concepts, including:
- Intercompany eliminations
- Minority interest
- Currency translation
- Consolidation adjustments and ownership structures
- Proficiency in Oracle Data Management / FDMEE for data integration and mapping
- Experience with Smart View, FCCS forms, and reporting frameworks
- Familiarity with EPM Automate and REST APIs for automation and administration
- Strong understanding of financial close processes under US GAAP and/or IFRS
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
