The Mid-Level Analytics Engineer will design and develop Tableau dashboards and wireframes that turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. This role blends creative visualization skills with strong data engineering knowledge to support data-driven decision-making.
Position Title: Mid-Level Analytics Engineer
Location: Remote - Colombia
What you will be doing:
to join our cross-functional data team and play a key role in transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you’ll develop interactive Tableau dashboards, combining creative visualization with solid data analysis fundamentals. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand their needs and translate them into intuitive, data-driven solutions that empower smarter decision-making. In our dynamic environment, you will have a high degree of autonomy to drive projects forward, proactively managing communications to ensure continuous development progress. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate proactively with stakeholders and Product Owners to gather requirements, clear blockers, and independently drive developments forward without relying on a traditional Scrum Master.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards with a heavy focus on visualizing business KPIs and insights.
- Work with Snowflake to query data warehouse solutions, understand the underlying data, and optimize reporting performance.
- Perform data validation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across sources.
- Manage version control using Git and track work progress through JIRA.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and enhance data accessibility.
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- Portfolio showcasing previous Tableau dashboards or visualization projects.
- Background in data validation, performance tuning, or analytics automation.
