We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to build and scale modern, high-performance eCommerce applications while contributing to a cutting-edge AI-powered engineering ecosystem.

Position: Senior FullStack Developer
Location: LATAM
 
What you will be doing: 
This role sits at the intersection of full-stack development and applied AI, where you will design scalable systems, optimize user experiences, and integrate LLM-driven capabilities and intelligent agents into production workflows.
You will play a key role in shaping both customer-facing applications and internal AI-enabled platforms, working across frontend, backend, and emerging AI orchestration layers.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development
  • Strong expertise in:
    • JavaScript / TypeScript (frontend and backend)
    • React, Next.js, Node.js, Express
  • Experience building scalable, high-performance applications and microservices
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • RESTful API design and OpenAPI specifications
    • Data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
  • Hands-on experience with databases:
    • MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
  • Experience with:
    • Micro-frontend architectures
    • State management (Redux or similar)
    • Modern build tools (Webpack, bundlers)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Performance optimization
    • Caching strategies and CDN usage
    • Web application security
    • Experience with Docker and containerized environments 
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Background in eCommerce or retail systems
  • Experience migrating legacy systems to modern architectures
  • Contributions to open-source AI tools or MCP ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Advanced AI orchestration patterns
