Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst to support, own, and evolve our cash application function. This role uniquely blends strong operational ownership of daily cash applications, reconciliations, and reporting with a strategic focus on process improvement.
You will be instrumental in leveraging robotic process automation (RPA), AI-enabled workflows, and analytics to improve turnaround times, visibility, and operational controls across domestic and international cash application activities. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in receivables operations, exceptional analytical skills, and a genuine passion for modernizing finance processes through technology
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Haves (Minimum Qualifications):
- Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in Accounts Receivable, cash applications, accounting, or related financial operations roles.
- System Knowledge: Hands-on experience with high-volume cash applications in a major ERP platform (Oracle AR strongly preferred), including batch validation and receipt application workflows.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel proficiency, including the ability to utilize pivot tables, look-ups, and conditional functions confidently.
- Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate seamlessly in environments using shared inboxes, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneNote.
- Work Style: Detail-oriented, highly proactive, and deeply results-focused.
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred Qualifications):
- Automation Experience: Hands-on experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools and/or AI-enabled workflows.
- Advanced Tools: Advanced knowledge of data and workflow automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Alteryx, Power Automate, Power Query, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Process Transformation: Background in supporting continuous improvement, finance transformation, or automation programs.
- Controls & Compliance: Experience operating, documenting, and improving financial controls.
