COMPANY STORE MANAGER

Oversee all store operations
Supervise and appraising of the staff
Merchandise for Sales/Profits
Maintain financial records including employee payroll deductions
Ensure compliance with Montgomery County Department of Health Regulations
Purchase and manage products inventory to ensure quick turn over
Monitor “Sell by Dates” on perishable products
Provide a safe environment for staff and shoppers
Prepare “Promotional Activities” on a regular basis – e.g. Special Sales, Seasonal Clothing
including Hooded Sweatshirts, Hats, Jackets, Shirts
Experience in Food Marketing Operation, specifically grocery store management
Math/Numerical Skills (calculating Retail Mark-Up percentages)
Ability to work in a “Fast Paced” environment at certain times with the focus on You.
Business Degree helpful but not mandatory
