Alliance Manager
Description
We’re looking for a teammate to join our FS sales team to accelerate Capgemini’s Financial Services Asia-Pacific and Japan alliance strategy based out of Japan.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Position Capgemini as the SI partner of choice with strategic partners
- Creation & execution of alliance relationship with technology & domain partners for FS Japan
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Cloud (AWS/ Azure), Applications (MS App suite, Salesforce/ Mulesoft), and Domain (Temenos / Guidewire) together with our partners in the Japan market
- Drive key events like partner day, joint marketing activities and collaboration on key joint pursuits-Regular connects with alliances counterparts across partner organizations to explore mutual opportunities and escalate for support
- Work with internal Global alliances team to bring the best practices, engagements and collaboration experiences and seek escalation support in case of local connect challenges
- Track and report alliance-oriented booking progress by tracking THOR (Salesforce.com system) booking reports and checking with respective Account executives
- Accountable for driving partner influenced bookings growth for Capgemini and partners and increasing market share through large deal management and driving outcomes in agreed strategic areas
- Setup and execute Governance forums through regular cadence calls across alliances, accounts and MU leadership levels
Required Experience:
- 5-7 years’ of B2B/B2C technology experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Technology-savvy, with keen interest in emerging technologies and ‘all things digital’.
- Experience in creating content and communication strategy.
- Experience in managing the relationships with business alliance partners.
- Energetic, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of enterprise tech platforms and its business functions is a plus.
