Position at Capgemini Japan

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on data projects within the insurance domain.
  • Knowledge of data analytics, data modeling, and data governance principles.
  • Understanding of insurance business processes, products, and data requirements.
  • Experience with SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python for data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to develop strategies, document critical business processes, and interpret business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • High level of competence in Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT- 

Bilingual - Native Japanese/ JLPT N1
