Position at Capgemini Japan

Duty and Responsibilities:

- Participate in sales activities
- F2F regular meetings with clients
- Acquire new or existing opportunity with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for opportunities and contracts
- Contract closure with clients
- Ensure timely cash collection per contracts
- Ensure Sales System and forecast updates
- Build good relationship with client by using knowledge of Capgemini capability and client needs
- Proactively develop new opportunities in cooperation with Practice and Delivery
- Client Relationship Management.

Required skills/ Expected profiles:

- Good communication skills
- Experience in working in Sales / Sales Support
- Experience in contracting with clients
- Experience in working with end Japanese client directly

-Bank domain experience - Mega Bank or Trust Bank 
- Insurance domain experience - P&C or Life
- Must have bilingual skills (Japanese & English)
