Job Title: Bilingual QA Specialist for Pharmaceutical customer



Duties and Responsibilities / 職務範囲:

  1. Customer Complaints Handling;
    • Manage complaints received from call center in Japanese
    • Coordinate with 3rd Party Translation company for Japanese-English translation of complaints
    • Send the Translated Complaints Reports to Global Pharma Company
    • Interact directly in Japanese to Hospitals/Health Care Professionals/medical centers to get responses, based on follow-up queries from Global Pharma Company
    • Report the Responses received to Global Pharma Company in English


  1. Samples Handling;
    • Manage samples handling & retrieval for those complaints that require the defective samples
    • Take or Get “Clear and Proper” Photos of defects reported Samples
    • Send closure letter to hospitals/HCPs/medical centers when the investigation is performed


Qualifications (Mandatory) 応募条件(必須):

  • Graduation in Pharma or Engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in Pharma Industry
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Complaint handling
  • Strong bilingual Capabilities (Japanese and English)


Qualifications (Preferred) 応募条件(歓迎):

  • Being able to work in Tokyo is welcomed

Work Location/勤務地:
Tokyo 東京 and Remote working is allowed
