概要

Successful candidate will be assigned to one of PLM project which provides comprehensive digital solutions by supporting throughout product introduction to operation to multiple well-known Japanese clients in manufacturing industry.
Especially, we are eager to hire candidates who have Teamcenter experience.

このポジションの方には、国内でも有名な製造業のお客様に対して製品導入から運用までを支援し、包括的なデジタルソリューションを提供するPLMプロジェクトのいずれかを担当していただきます。
特に、Teamcenterの利用経験がある候補者を積極的に採用したいと考えています。



職務内容

• Liaise with clients to identify their business requirements through AS / IS analysis, To / Be analysis, Fit and Gap, user story, migration specification review, etc.
• Lead clients proactively and effectively, propose a solution designed for their current and future business needs, and and handover it to internal development team.
• Screening inplementation
• Implementation with Teamcenter
• Adhoc tasks

• お客様とと共に業務要件策定、AS/IS分析、To/Be分析、Fit and Gap、ユーザーストーリー、移行仕様検討等を作成する
• お客様をリードしながら要件フェーズを固め、開発チームへ引き継ぐ
• 実装のスクリーニング
• Teamcenterでの実装
• その他付随業務

想定されるアサイン先プロジェクト例
Successful candidate is slated assign to one of following projects.
(1) A well-known Japanese company which manufactures and sells construction equipment and mining machinery
(2) A Japanese majors company which operate in a wide range of fields, such as semiconductor manufacturing technology development and provision of ICT solutions
(3) A well-known Japanese traditional company in electric manufacturer industry

求める職務経験・スキル

Requirements:

• High-level of Japanese skills - N1 level: Capable to have a bold and firm negotiation)
• Deep understanding regarding tendencies and business customs of Japanese company
• Hands-on experience of Teamcenter
• Experience in consulting, solutions proposal in some way
• Experience in Requirement definition process - 5yrs or more
• Ability of build and maintain strong teamworks and business relationships

Essentials:

• Experience of PLM package introduction
• Knowledge of BOM and/or CAD
• Hands-on experience in Manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience of cooperating with global team
• English communication skills

必須要件：

• 高い日本語能力（N1相当：顧客との交渉や折衝が問題なく行える）
• 日本企業の商慣習をよく理解していること
• Teamcenterの実務利用経験
• システム要件定義のご経験（5年以上）
• 何らかのソリューション提案経験
• 強力なチームワークスキル

• PLM導入コンサル経験
• PLMソリューションの提案経験
• BOMまたはCADの知識
• Mendixの実務利用経験
• グローバルチームとの就業経験
• 英語でのコミュニケーション経験
