Brief Description:
- Operate and set up one or more PVD coating machines to perform machine operations on highly repetitive and standardized parts.
- With technical guidance, keep coating department machinery and mechanical equipment in good repair.
- Must follow company standards that are currently in place.
- Communicate any production problems with team lead and/or supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude (follow work instructions, use basic hand tools)
- Ability to learn the operation of the coating equipment

Work Environment:
Well-lit and temperature-controlled machine shop. Staff members will need to be able to work while standing, sitting, bending, and climbing. Staff members will be occasionally working inside of machines.
