Description
Primary Function:
- This position is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs to improve employees skills, performance, and productivity in specific technical fields.
- Responsible for providing leadership initiatives related to training & development programs of the company.
Minimum Requirements:
▪Proven experience in technical training, with at least 2 years, background in conducting trainings related to Technical course.
▪Creating modules and understanding how to assess training effectiveness.
▪Knowing how to facilitate trainings or a Subject Matter Expert in PDCA, 7 QC Tools, and Why Why Analysis and other technical trainings is an advantage.
