Human Resources Assistant Manager
Description
We are seeking a Human Resources & General Affairs Assistant Manager to lead key departmental operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure full compliance with organizational processes. This role plays a strategic part in talent management, departmental administration, and coordination of general services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, develop, and improve HR processes, policies, and departmental structure.
- Design, coordinate, and execute recruitment and selection strategies for operational, administrative, and specialized roles.
- Review and validate pre-payroll, ensuring accurate recording of incidents, movements, and approvals.
- Supervise the operation and compliance of general services.
- Prepare and present departmental KPIs and key performance indicators.
- Lead administrative disciplinary processes, internal investigations, and labor actions.
- Represent the department during internal/external audits and STPS, IMSS, or ISO reviews.
- Manage training, development, and performance evaluation programs, including needs assessment and annual scheduling.
- Manage and optimize the HR & GA budget, including vendor contracting and expense control.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Human Capital, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with payroll and HCM platforms.
- Strong understanding of labor regulations.
- Intermediate–advanced English proficiency.
- Leadership, decision-making, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
