Description
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- More than 5 years' experience in providing impactful HR solutions in areas including organizational development, workforce management, employee relations and policy implementation
- Proven experience in driving HR transformation initiatives and providing recommendations to support effective structural development.
- Serves as a strategic partner to management, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
Others:
- Good in English communication both oral and written
- Knowledge in computer operations and software applications such as Microsoft Windows/ Offices
- Has strong interpersonal skills
- Adept at problem-solving including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Must have good analytical thinking skills
- Should be confident and able to think decision thoroughly even under pressure
- Has keen attention to details and accuracy
- Systematic/ organized and able to prioritize and handle multiple activities with competing deadlines
