Human Resources Development Department Intern in Osaka, Japan
Description
We are seeking an intern in our Human Resources Development Department in Osaka, Japan. This internship will start from May 26, 2025, to August 1, 2025 (10 weeks). The intern will be working on creating video content for our global e-learning platform. We expect the intern to complete creating e-learning content on the Global Common Knowledge and a video to promote company’s global vision.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- To create a scheme and make a video to promote the company's global vision. This may include reviewing and revising an existing storyline for the video.
- To research best practices on video content on global companies on how to communicate their visions to their employees and external customers.
- To understand our training system and structure.
- To create e-learning content on the Global Common Knowledge.
- To create manuals on how to create video content.
- May be asked to revise contents and manuals based on feedback received.
- Maye be asked to research IT tools for video creation.
- Maye be asked to support any other project as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university seeking a BS/Ba degree in related fields.
- Ability to edit videos using Adobe Premier Pro.
- Ability to create videos using Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including cross-cultural communication.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese (reading, writing, and reading) at an intermediate level is required.
- Ability to communicate in more than two or three languages (including Japanese) is a big plus.
- Ability to be creative and utilize critical thinking.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic knowledge of human resources, human resources development, and public relations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
