Project Manager, Worldwide Support
- Manage end-to-end oversight of support-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define project requirements and develop business and solution designs.
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, maintaining documentation and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and implement remediation plans as necessary.
- Foster relationships with cross-functional teams for alignment on project scope, requirements, and strategies.
- Act as a representative for Worldwide Support in cross-organizational discussions, ensuring effective communication.
- Drive strategic initiatives focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in hybrid multi-cloud support.
- Set and achieve first-year objectives, including improving operational efficiencies and customer experience metrics.
- 7+ years of project management experience in a hybrid multi-cloud technical support environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
- Excellent analytical skills for capturing business requirements and defining performance metrics.
- Ability to develop change management and communication plans aligned with project delivery.
- Knowledge of virtualization, storage, and networking technologies is a plus.
