The Opportunity We are looking for a founder-minded Senior Product Manager to join the Nutanix Enterprise AI (NAI) team as we scale our next generation of intelligence. As a key early member of the NAI product team in Vancouver, you will own the NAI Gateway, a strategic point of governance and control for LLMs. This is a high-visibility role where you will define the roadmap, drive technical delivery, and influence how enterprises deploy and scale autonomous agents. About the Team The Nutanix Enterprise AI team is responsible for strategic product areas including LLM Inference and the AI Gateway. We are at the forefront of Nutanix’s mission to simplify AI deployment, recently showcasing our Agentic AI platform at NVIDIA GTC and NEXT 2026. This team is fast-paced, globally distributed, and focused on building the foundational layers of the AI stack. You will report to Ashwini Vasanth who leads the Nutanix Enterprise AI Product team.  You will work closely with our research and development teams to move from vision to production.

Your Role
  • Define the product roadmap and requirements for the NAI Gateway, prioritizing the backlog to ensure successful delivery of governance and control features for LLMs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, research, and product teams globally to navigate technical dependencies and drive product-wide priorities.
  • Conduct deep market research and customer interviews to translate user needs and competitive gaps into actionable product strategies.
  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop positioning, go-to-market strategies, and enablement materials for the AI Gateway.
  • Engage with the open-source community to drive thought leadership and roadmap alignment in the AI Gateway and MCP server space.
What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping technical infrastructure or platform products.
  • Strong technical understanding of LLMs, inference, and gateways, with the ability to discuss API protocols and data plane architecture.
  • Experience driving product delivery across distributed teams and navigating complex cross-team dependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and provide clarity in a fast-paced, evolving market.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both engineering and global business stakeholders.

Work Arrangement Hybrid/Remote (for roles advertised in both RTO & non-RTO locations e.g United States, Mexico, Canada): Subject to business requirements, this role may be determined to be remote or in a hybrid capacity. If the selected candidate resides within 50 miles of a Nutanix office requiring in-office presence (specifically in San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Vancouver, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, or Tokyo), it will require working onsite a minimum of three days per week. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by the hiring manager.
Pay Transparency - Role Location The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between CAD $171,200 and CAD $256,800 per annuM. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
