Description

Primary responsibilities but are not limited to:

• Motivate and supervise hourly and management support employees.
• Ensure all trailers are fueled and cooling units are functioning and maintained at correct temperatures.
• Ensure products are loaded on the trailers correctly and in a timely manner.
• Train new employees assigned to your area.
• Handle all vacation and excused absence requests.
• Review employee timecards daily and make adjustments accordingly.
• Maintaining KPI goals while following all USDA guidelines.
• All other duties assigned.

• Highly motivated.
• Past experience in Shipping, Shag, or loading dock environment preferred.   
• Ability to communicate in English, bi-lingual preferred but not required.
• Able to work Weekends or as needed.
• Past experience in managing others preferred.
