MOPAC MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Thursday to Sunday 4:00pm to 4:30am


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
1. Supervises and Performs highly diversified duties with respect to production and facility and to install and maintain facility grounds, building and other facility equipment.

a. Supervises installation and replacement of motors, pumps, drives, belts, filters, gears, chains, and valves on process equipment, facility equipment, and fork lifts.
b. Oversees Troubleshooting of pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic machine problems and makes necessary repairs.
c. Oversees repairs to machines involving machine guarding, bolt replacement, and breakdowns due to mechanical wear.
d. Assigns team membvers preventative maintenance tasks on facility equipment.
e. Maintain the WWPT facility to operate within parameters safely.


a. Provides leadership for Maintenance technicians performing preventative maintenance, equipment installs, parts replacement, equipment troubleshooting, etc..
e. Understands the tools and equipment needed to do each job.
f. Understands and determines when and what type of maintenance is needed.
g. Determines causes of operating errors and possesses ability to tell when something is likely to go wrong before downtime occurs.
h. Inspects or tests damaged machine parts and marks defective areas or advises supervisor of needs for repair
 

1. Keeps record of all work performed.
   b. Updates maintenance history logs and completes required paperwork.
   c. Accounts for equipment used for maintenance and repairs.
   4. Understands and follows the company GMPs policy.
   5. Understands and follows the company safety rules.
   6. May be required to work long hours and weekends as needed.
   7. May assume other duties as assigned.
   
   QUALIFICATIONS:
   § High School Diploma or equivalent certification
   § At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience required
   § Strong electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, industrial, PLC experience
   § Ability to speak, read, and write English
   § Good verbal and written communication skills
   § Proficient in MS Office applications
   § Must be well-organized with good attention to detail
   § Display strong work ethic and positive attitude
   § Adaptable and dependable with ability to follow direction and work cooperation with others
   § Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance
   
   
   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
   
   ACTIVITIES:

Very active position, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day

HEARING:
Must be able to hear average or normal conversations and receive ordinary information.

REPETITIVE MOTION:
Must be able to frequently and regularly use wrists, hands, and or fingers.
