Corporate Recruiter
 


We are seeking an onsite Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Northern Colorado. Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to perform at a high-level on an individual basis, while also working well in a strong team environment. This position is responsible for the entire recruiting life-cycle for up to 25 exempt and non-exempt openings at a given time, approximately 100 positions per year.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with hiring managers to implement recruiting strategies to fill open positions with efficiency and exceptional customer service
  • Develop and post job descriptions and conduct interviews with candidates to determine technical competencies and organizational culture fit
  • Negotiate job offers with candidates to close and fill positions
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities of recruiting processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within the business, supporting short and long-term goals
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with external resources, including recruiting agencies and advertising vendors
  • Comply with company policies, State and Federal laws, and applicant-tracking processes
  • Utilize recruiting software and tools to actively source candidates for all levels of openings while also building a strong candidate pipeline
  • Work closely with other recruiters as well as Recruiting Coordinators on open positions
  • Act as an advocate of company culture to prospective candidates and current team members
  • Assist in campus recruiting activities including after-hours events
  • Other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:                              

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 2 years prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred
  • Internal JBS or Pilgrim’s experience preferred
  • Experience recruiting or in talent acquisition in a corporate environment strongly preferred
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)—experience with JobVite a plus
  • Experience using LinkedIn and other active sourcing tools is preferred
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle a high work volume
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and employee-related information
  • Proficient with MS Office software
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $60,000- $70,000; and
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
