Position Title: Billing Supervisor
Department: Accounting/Finance
Location: Mt. Pleasant, TX
Reports to: Division Manager
Position Overview: The Billing Supervisor will perform the billing department’s daily operations. This role ensures accurate and timely invoicing, resolves billing discrepancies while meeting deadlines with both invoicing and weekly reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of matters related to billing processing such as verifying rates, charges and customer agreements.
- Prepare, review and distribute customer invoices in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate and follow up with internal operations to gather final billing details.
- Prepare weekly reports on operational performance.
- Utilize billing software and systems to manage accurate data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and billing transactions.
- Ad-Hoc projects as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of billing processes, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel.
- Analytical skills with strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Works well under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.

- Base salary range of $45,000- $52,000
- This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.
