The JBS Pork team is seeking a
3rd Shift Livestock/Yield Clerk 
 
Job Summary:
The JBS Pork team is seeking a 3rd shift Livestock Yield Clerk. Starting in livestock accounting to audit scale tickets. Data entry to maintain condemn and pathological report. Data entry of daily reports for prior day production in to Excel Spreadsheets and ECS. Preparation of 8:00 am and 11:00 am morning reports for general manager, rework/ rendering product tracking, and special projects as assigned. Position will cross train with other yield team members and hours will need to be flexible to cover team member vacations and absences.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Audit scale tickets.
  • Data Entry and maintain condemn & pathological report.
  • Perform various other tasks as needed or required to ensure efficiency in the Accounting Department.
  • Preparation of 8:00 am and 11:00 am morning reports for general manager.
  • Rework/rendered product tracking, and special projects as assigned.
  • Position will cross train with other yield team members and hours will need to be flexible to cover team member vacations and absences.
  • Daily Schedule 12am-8:30am
    • Subject to change due to department needs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
    • Attention to detail.
    • Accuracy is extremely important.
    • Multi-tasking a necessity.
    • Prior accounting clerical experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills- in English including phone etiquette.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent Attendance (Internal candidates must have less than 4 points).
  • Ability to work 6 days a week
  • Ability to work Overtime when required
  • Ability to be flexible with schedule when needed
  • Other Duties and Tasks as assigned
  • Ability to work with ECS System 
  • Ability to work in Shop Floor Systems
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (plus but not required)
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
