ECS Analyst II

 

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a ECS Analyst for JBS that reports on site at the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. 

 

Develop efficient, well structured, well documented technical solutions for ECS. Hands-on functional configuration experience, with a primary focus on Order to Cash.  Provide support for global install base performing required system configuration, various testing activities (regression and project related), along with following the established change management process.  A successful candidate must be able to analyze and document business flow from end to end.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage a thorough understanding of how applications support business processes to effectively resolve identified business challenges.
  • Design and deliver high-quality solutions through system configuration that align with overall business objectives and requirements.
  • Collaborate with business process owners to facilitate process improvements and drive the development of new system functionalities.
  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation for systems and processes.
  • Effectively transfer knowledge to customers, ensuring they are equipped for ongoing system support.
  • Develop and manage project plans for your assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Identify and understand customer needs, determining and executing appropriate actions to address them.
  • Design, document, and implement unit, integration, and regression test plans to ensure solution quality and reliability.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Proven experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Experience with business process mapping.
  • Hands-on experience with Order to Cash systems or related functions is a plus.

  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $80,000-$105,000;
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
