GENERAL SUMMARY:

Oversee all activities and maintenance of a feed mill facility.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor feed sampling
• Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly
• Monitor daily/weekly inventory in feed and ingredient
• Monitor and adjust TM's schedules 
• Complete all necessary daily/weekly paperwork associated with production, QA, maintenance, 6S, and safety
• Implement and monitor SOP in position
• Complete all paperwork and reports associated with the mill.
• Match feed delivery tickets, etc.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and/or disciplinary actions.

EDUCATION:

Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

EXPERIENCE:

Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience.
